By enrolling in the VIP Hair Insurance Membership offered by Lena Marie Salon, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Overview

This is a recurring subscription service offering tiered benefits for active salon clients. Benefits may include repairs, discounts, dry styling, treatments, and early booking access. Services are based on tier selection (Bronze, Silver, or Gold).

2. Eligibility

To redeem membership perks, you must:

• Be an active client of Lena Marie Salon

• Have received a professional install within the last 8 weeks (For extension perks)

• Maintain your membership in good standing

3. Subscription & Billing

• Memberships are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selection

• Payments are auto-renewed until canceled

• No refunds will be issued for unused services or partial months

• To cancel, submit a written request at least 3 days before your renewal date

4. Service Redemption

• Services (repairs, dry styles, treatments) must be booked in advance

• Unused services do not roll over to the next billing cycle

• Dry styling does not include shampoo or full reinstall

• Repair eligibility is subject to stylist approval based on hair condition

5. Maintenance Discounts

• Maintenance discounts apply only to eligible services such as:
  Tightening, scalp treatments, removals, or style refreshes

• Discount percentages vary by tier (10%, 15%, or 20%)

6. Termination by Salon

Lena Marie Salon reserves the right to suspend or cancel memberships for:

• Abuse of services

• No-show or repeated late cancellations

• Inappropriate or disrespectful behavior toward staff

7. Changes to Membership

We reserve the right to modify membership pricing or benefits with 14 days' notice. All updates will be communicated via email and reflected on the membership page.
